Twelve portraits of couples with their baby or young children. Twelve quiet celebrations of this tender, transformative chapter.

The birth of a child often marks the beginning of a new story. A portrait is a way to pause and hold on to this fleeting season. It can be something you gift to yourselves, or something offered to new parents by those who love them.
All portraits are created in my signature monochrome blue style, drawn in my studio in Sweden.

HOW IT WORKS
The process is simple and personal.
Once you complete your purchase, I will be in touch with instructions on how to book our 30 minute call and upload your pictures.
STEP 1 – You send one or several photos of your family.

STEP 2 – We meet online to talk about your vision, the atmosphere, and the details that matter to you.

STEP 3 – I create a first sketch and send it to you.
✹
STEP 4 – You can request adjustments at two stages: once on the rough sketch and once on the final drawing for smaller refinements.

Delivery is estimated within 6 to 10 weeks from our call, depending on my drawing schedule.
If you have a specific deadline such as a birthday, wedding, Mother’s Day, or another meaningful occasion, specify it in the form you are asked to fill in during the checkout process and I will do my best to accommodate it.

The focus of this series is families with one or more young children (with the youngest under 5 years old). If you have a specific request, feel free to write to me before booking so we can see what feels right.

Clear photos in natural light work best. They can be taken at home, outside, or during a trip. A mix of close ups and full body images is helpful.
You are also welcome to share additional pictures of meaningful places, backgrounds, objects, symbols, jewellery, or outfits you would like me to incorporate.

Your portrait is printed on artist quality matte paper using a professional fine art printing technique, ensuring depth, precision, and long lasting color.

Your portrait is created for personal use. You are welcome to display it in your home or gift it to close family. Resale, reproduction, or commercial use is not permitted.
As the artist, I retain the right to reproduce the artwork as part of my 2027 calendar, exhibitions, portfolio, website, and future printed material connected to this series.
